5 Bad Day Hacks: Essential Oils to Lift Your Mood

I always loved that quote.  Because it’s so true, right?

We all have bad days! They can be related to weather, traffic, work, relationships, stress or health.  We can’t control our external environment and sometimes bad things happen to good people.

Fortunately, we can control our internal environment.  We can choose in every moment in time how we will react to a situation.  If a traffic jam leads us to spew four letter words or crank the radio louder and sing along.  If losing our keys, glasses, wallet, etc. causes us to lose our cool  or allows us to let it go.

Our thoughts and emotional response to every situation are always within our own control and Essential Oils to lift your mood can be a wonderful hack to get you out of a bad day mindset.
