  • I Accidentally Ordered the Wrong Products, What Should I Do?

  • Can I Make Changes to My Order After Placing It?

    At this time, we are not able to make any changes to orders once they are placed. This includes removing an item, adding an item, combining multiple orders into one, delaying shipment, upgrading shipping method, changing an address, or canceling the order. Once you submit your order our team automatically starts processing it in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.   • How do I change my subscription?

    Although subscriptions are available to have shipped every month, every two months, or every three months, our system does not allow the user (you) to alter the frequency of delivery once the subscription has been purchased, nor does it allow you to skip a month of your subscription. However, we CAN do it on our end. If you need an adjustment to your subscription, please email our office at least 4 days prior to your subscription renewing, and we will do our best to make the requested adjustments in a timely manner.
