The 5 Essential Oils I Use Every Day

What essential oils do you use every day?

While it often shifts depending on external symptoms or immediate health concerns, I often rely on the same Essential Oils to use every day.  I kind of think of them as my perennial crew, to which I occasionally rotate in other oils.

I am often asked how many oils you can use at the same time.  My general rule is not to use more than 3 different oils at any given time of day.  Less is definitely more with essential oils and too many can overwhelm the body.  That said, I definitely rotate the following oils throughout the day.


Essential Oils to Use Every Day

Adrenal®  – I like to exercise first thing in the morning and always apply the adrenal blend over my adrenal glands to balance and support my energy.  I often reapply throughout the day if I am feeling anxious or fatigued. To learn more about the adrenal glands and stress support, click here.


Parasympathetic® – I use this oil before meals.


Lymph™ – I apply this oil on my lymph nodes (sides of the neck, under the arm pits and on the bikini line in combination with the Adrenal blend before exercise.  I feel like it gives me the energy and support to run faster or go deeper in my yoga practice and always feels invigorating.  I often reapply in the late afternoon or before dinner for improved energy and focus. Heart™ – Zen in a bottle.  I love this blend as it calms me and puts me in the optimal heart space to interact with customers and  grow my business.  I apply a few drops over the heart, as the heart is the connector between the upper and lower chakras  and helps to integrate intuition from the gut and feelings into our thought processes.  The heart blend also helps me overcome any creative blocks.  To learn more about the heart blend, click here.


Circadian Rhythm® – This is the oil I put on before bed.
