Vibrant Blue Oils Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We use USPS First Class Mail for anything under 12 ounces, and USPS Priority Mail for everything else. We have found these forms of delivery to be both economical and reliable, and they also allow us to ship to both street addresses and P.O. boxes.
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-8 business days after placing your order. If you’re in desperate need of Vibrant Blue Oils and want to get expedited shipping, just email us at email@example.com and we’ll do everything we can to help you out.
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 for Shipping and Handling for deliveries in the United States and $24.95 for international deliveries (including Canada).
We are a Washington State based business and will charge a 9.5% Washington state sales tax on all orders shipped in Washington state. If you would like to set up a practitioner account to avoid sales tax, please set up an account here and email us a scanned copy of your credentials and resellers permit at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We make a sincere effort to get your order to you safely using the least amount of packaging necessary to minimize our environmental impact. A packing slip is included in each shipment. It contains the order number, product code and product name. If the shipment being delivered to you, we will include a receipt as well.
We use PayPal to receive payments for all orders. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account – with or without a PayPal account. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
Occasionally, we run out of stock rather unexpectedly. If this has happened with an item in your order, we will send you an email to let you know. We will let you know the estimated shipping date, and will also offer an alternate product. If neither is satisfactory, we will promptly issue a refund, through Paypal, for the missing items — along with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
We make a sincere effort to fill all orders quickly and correctly. If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please let us know within 30 days and we will take care of it promptly.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please notify us immediately via email (email@example.com). Because orders are processed quickly, it is best to make any modifications within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been mailed, we will require full payment. Most orders are processed and mailed the same day they are received. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not been packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been packed and you wish to add on, the addition may need to be considered a new order.
